Directions
There are five practices that you can attend, in the City (EC2), South Woodford, Romford (Gidea Park), Walthamstow and Stratford. I can also arrange home visits in East London and South Essex.
Please note; these are not correspondence addresses. Correspondence should be sent to the address on the 'Contact information' page.
City Practice:
Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, EC2N 2AT
Directions: About five minutes' walk from Bank, Liverpool Street and Moorgate Stations
From Bank Station:
- Take Exit 3 into Threadneedle Street, carry on straight ahead.
- Cross the road and take the first turning on the left - Bartholomew Lane
- At the end of Bartholomew Lane (where it meets Lothbury) turn right into Throgmorton Street
- Warnford Court is on the left opposite Le Relais de Venise restaurant.
From Liverpool St:
- Take the station exit up the stairs into Liverpool Street
- Cross the road into Old Broad Street
- Cross Wormwood Street, continue along Old Broad Street past HSBC
- Past Austin Friars on your right, turn right into Throgmorton Street
- Entrance to Warnford Court is just past Throgmorton Avenue opposite Le Relais de Venise restaurant.
South Woodford Practice:
10 The Shrubberies, George Lane, South Woodford, E18 1BD
Directions: About 300 yards/metres from South Woodford tube station on the Central line. Exit the station on the Eastbound side (if travelling towards London you will have to cross the railway via the bridge or underpass). Walk up George Lane. At first there are shops on both sides, then, past the roundabout, the shops continue on the left and there is a central reservation with grass, flower beds and benches. On the right hand side is a row of buildings - "The Shrubberies". My practice is at No.10; the green door nearest to the bus stop, opposite Marks & Spencers food supermarket.
There is Pay & Display parking outside and a Sainsbury's supermarket at the top of George Lane with ample parking.

Romford Practice:
Balgores Natural Therapy Centre, 142 Balgores Lane, Gidea Park, Romford, RM2 6BP
Directions: About one minutes walk from Gidea Park station on the Liverpool Street to Shenfield line. When leaving the station, at the top of the stairs to street level turn right. Go through the station car park and turn left into Crossways. Walk a few yards to the corner of Balgores Lane and you will see the Therapy Centre across the road, opposite the car showroom. Pay and display parking is available in Balgores Lane near the junction with Station Road.

Walthamstow Practice:
Forest Complementary Clinic, 843 Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4AT
Directions: Forest Complementary Clinic is conveniently located on bus routes 123, 212, 275 and W16, and safe parking is readily available in adjacent side streets.
The clinic is located at 843 Forest Road, E17 4AT. It is about a 4 minute walk from Waltham Forest Town Hall and College, and near the Wood Street traffic lights and Homebase.
From Wood Street Station, turn right and walk along Wood Street to the junction with Forest Road. Turn left, and the Clinic is across the road on the right hand side between Kingsley Road and Clifford Road..

Stratford Practice:
Stratford Advice Arcade, 107 - 109 The Grove, Stratford, London, E15 1HP
Directions: Within easy reach of Stratford and Maryland train stations. It is next to Morrison's supermarket car park where parking is available. ** Please be aware of the 2 hour parking limit, enforced by CCTV, and carrying a £50 penalty! **
