Here they come again – it’s that time of year when eight legged beasties emerge to make your life a misery. Arachnophobia – fear of spiders – is believed to be the most common of all phobias, affecting approximately 50% of women and 10% of men.
If your spider phobia is relatively mild it’s probably not worth bothering about. But for a few sufferers their phobia is severe. If you jump up and flee in terror whenever you see one it’s no laughing matter!
The good news is that you don’t have to put up with it.
Here’s my client, Victoria. Only a couple of weeks before this session she was unable to be in the same room as a spider .
Sarah was going travelling to South America, so decided to really confront her fear by handling a tarantula..

With a combination of hypnotherapy and exposure therapy you too can overcome this fear. I helped several people overcome their fear of spiders last year, and will do the same this year. If you are unable to go into your garden, your shed, or cannot deal with spiders in your house, give me a call and let’s get to work on those fears.
